  • Honda Canada awarded ‘Best Overall Brand: Car’
  • Civic and Accord included as winners
  • Honda CR-V recognized as a ‘Best SUV: Main Compact’

Honda Canada has received prestigious recognition from Canadian Black Book (CBB), the leading provider of Canada’s vehicle valuation data and residual value, by being named the ‘Best Overall Brand: Car’ for 2023. According to CBB, Honda cars are the best at retaining their value after four years of ownership.

The 2023 Best Residual Value Awards measure vehicles by how much value they retain of their initial manufacturer’s suggested retail price, with these awards going to model-year-2020 vehicles. Over 20 categories of cars, trucks, SUVs and EVs were evaluated by CBB for the 2023 awards.

In addition to the Honda Civic and the Accord being included as part of the ‘Best Overall Brand: Car’ award, the Honda CR-V was recognized as a ‘Best Overall SUV: Main Compact’. Both the Civic and CR-V are proudly built at Honda of Canada Mfg. plants in Alliston, Ontario.
